About the Role

Are you someone who loves structure, thrives on detail, and enjoys making sure things are done the right way? If yes, then we need you!

As a Compliance Officer at Alaya, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all departments comply with internal controls, industry regulations, and local laws. You will be at the forefront of protecting our business from risks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining ethical standards.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Ensure compliance with internal control procedures across all departments.
🔹 Monitor adherence to local laws, industry regulations, and ISO (27001) standards.
🔹 Maintain and improve compliance systems by updating audit programs and recommending policies.
🔹 Conduct compliance reviews, analyze risks, and generate audit reports.
🔹 Assist in internal audits and risk assessments, ensuring the organization operates within the regulatory framework.
🔹 Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops, reviewing industry trends, and developing compliance strategies.


What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field (CA, ACCA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong analytical & research skills – you love solving compliance puzzles.
Meticulous attention to detail – nothing gets past you!
Ability to work independently – you own your responsibilities like a pro.
Excellent communication skills – compliance is all about making complex rules easy to understand.
Tech-savvy mindset – comfortable working with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and digital compliance tools.

Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break
