About the Role

At Alaya, we’re looking for a Business Analyst -1-year contractual role (with the possibility of extension) to drive operational efficiency and strategic improvements. You’ll analyze business processes, identify challenges, and develop data-driven solutions. Acting as a bridge between teams, you’ll lead projects, optimize workflows, and support key business decisions. Your insights will fuel decision-making, streamline operations, and contribute to Alaya’s success. If you thrive on problem-solving and innovation, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Business Strategy & Analysis: Identify business challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead projects from inception to execution, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data to identify trends and support informed decision-making through reports and dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments, acting as the key link between business requirements and solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Research market trends and competitor insights to refine business strategies and ensure Alaya stays ahead.

What We Are Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or change management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), or Change Management are a plus.
